French Toast
Traditional French toast made with thick slices of whole wheat bread from the Buena Vida Bakery. Served with bacon or ham and our homemade fruit preserves. $55

Red or Green Chilaquiles
Crispy tortilla strips bathed in red or green salsa topped with melted cheese and shredded chicken breast or eggs. $65

Huevos a la Mexicana
Scrambled eggs with tomato, onion and Serrano chile. Served with bacon or ham, hash browns, refried black beans and toast. $59

Molletes
A toasted French roll covered with refried black beans and melted cheese. Served with pico de gallo salsa on the side. $49 Add bacon or ham for $2

Huevos con Chorizo
Scrambled eggs with homemade chorizo. Served with hash browns, refried black beans and toast. House salsa on the side. $69

Huevos Rancheros
Three eggs sunnyside up placed on corn tortillas and bathed in a red salsa. Served with ham or bacon, refried black beans, and toast. $59

Three Egg Omelette

Classic Omelette – Filled with Gouda cheese. Garnished with slices of avocado. $63

Spinach Mushroom – Filled with spinach, mushrooms, and Gouda cheese. Garnished with slices of avocado. $69

Mexican Omelette – Filled with tomato, onion, serrano chile and asadero cheese. Garnished with avocado and cilantro. Served with our house salsa on the side. $69
