We have made the switch to organic eggs in order to provide better tasting and healthier food. Organic eggs have a much richer taste, firmer texture, and a more pleasing color. The difference is truly notable.
We purchase our eggs from Via Organica which has a great store open to the public. They have a fantastic selection of organic foods – fruits and vegetables, meats, and dairy products. The store is worth a visit.
